Return Policy / Warranty

Shishaman has adopted a returns policy regarding hookahs (no refunds on consumables). If you Change your mind about a purchase, you are able to refund it if you contact us within the first 3 days and if it has not been used. If you use the product then you are not eligible for a refund. Send us an email requesting the refund. We will then ask that you send back the good with tracking and insurance. Upon receiving the good we will refund 90% of the money spent. The 10% is to cover our time invested in shipping and other duties. Refunds on accessories can only be given if the product is faulty (not due to change of heart) and it must fit the above conditions.
